During my transit in New York, I found the location of DoubleTree by Hilton New York Times Square West to be very convenient, as it is near a metro station and just a short distance from LaGuardia airport, making it easy to travel to and from the hotel.

My stay at this hotel was not pleasant due to cleanliness issues. I encountered bedbugs in my room and found the sheets in another room to be stained.

The breakfast meal was free and delicious with an out of date yogurt included and very less spread, for instance. The amazingly efficient and best staff upgraded us to a silent room with an amazing view.

the hotel itself was nicely decorated, and the location was fantastic, just around the corner from a major subway station and only 2 blocks from times square. they were very accommodating, responding promptly when the maintenance guy came to fix the AC. the value for the quality and location was amazing. the room was clean, and the isolation from street noise was impressive, only occasionally hearing loud ambulances. the proximity to the center, metro station, and bus authority made it very convenient.

I got standard double room for 5 nights, greatly enjoyed it.

I absolutely adored the charming decor in the lobby and dining area at the hotel. The cozy armchairs and beautiful floral arrangements made me feel right at home, and the accessible layout was perfect for us seniors to stroll around and relax. The hotel's convenient location in the heart of Manhattan made it easy for us to explore the city and enjoy some much-needed shopping and dining experiences, which was such a delightful adventure for me and my friends.

The only thing I would ask for to make the vacation even better for seniors is for the staff to be a bit more attentive to the needs of elderly guests. It would have been wonderful to have the children of the staff offer more assistance and provide clearer information to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay.

Booked a room with perfect views of the Manhattan skyline. The location of the hotel was very central, right by a train station, a lot of people, a constant chaotic movement, vessel and the edge building and Times Square, countless restaurants, and the theater district.

The hotel had a very central position close enough to the nearest Subway, uptown museums and Lincoln Center and Next to the metro station.

We truly enjoyed staying here, it's pleasant hotel with welcoming staff on shift.

Everything was good, so where wonderful views of the skyline of NYC. This was exactly the double room I wanted in New York. The stuff was willing to help and really took care of me. The location of the hotel was amazing, close enough to the Theater District. Again, it was relatively close to a 9.6-acre public park.

The room was a nice size, with a coffeemaker, a storage, and a hair dryer; it had cool views. The staff was willing to help, so nice of them. The hotel was centrally located to all the big stores.

I chose this hotel for attending a convention, and it was perfect for my needs. The location offered a short walk to the convention center, making it extremely convenient for my daily commute. The 24-hour reception was helpful for my late arrival and early morning departures.

One service that I missed for my work was a faster and more reliable internet connection. This would have been beneficial for my business needs during my stay.

The location was particularly good and perfect, very close to everything in Times Square… if that what's you are looking for with easy access to a main shopping street and shopping streets.

It was a real good stay with very minimal customer service. The staff was very efficient, and the rooms were a nice size and brand-new. Was a good home base for vacation.
